Every great wedding needs someone behind the scenes who is as excited about the day as the couple themselves — and at Roundthorn, that person is Anouska, our dedicated Wedding Coordinator and the face behind Roundthorn’s Weddings.
As a 2025 bride herself, she knows exactly how much thought, excitement, and emotion goes into planning a wedding! For her, the magic begins with hearing each couple’s love story and their vision for the day. From the first meeting to the final dance, she loves nothing more than bringing those ideas to life and watching everything come together…
One of Anouska’s favourite parts of the job is creating beautiful tablescapes and styling details that reflect each couple’s personality – you’ll often find her up a ladder at 8am decorating our gorgeous garden gazebo! She has an eye for design and a flair for turning even the smallest touches into something truly memorable. Whether it’s a romantic candlelit setting or a vibrant, fun-filled celebration, Anouska thrives on making each wedding feel completely unique. ✨
She doesn’t just help our couples; she becomes part of them (almost an ‘additional wedding bestie!’ she quotes), ensuring that every detail is handled with care so couples can relax and simply enjoy their special day.
Outside of Roundthorn, Anouska is full of personality and fun. A self-confessed shopping addict, has an extremely sweet tooth, and a true foodie. Dogs are her love language, and she’ll never say no to a night out… Her bubbly, down-to-earth nature makes her not only an incredible coordinator, but also someone couples instantly feel comfortable with.
Alongside Anouska, she has Meini & Hayley – our assistant and operational managers who together have over 35 years of experience. Your wedding isn’t just in safe hands — it’s in the hands of people who genuinely care, and can’t wait to make your day as magical as you’ve imagined.
