Wedding Trends 2024 – Photoshoot

With each wedding season comes a new wave of trends, and 2024 is no exception.

Step behind the scenes with us at our cozy little venue, where we set out to capture the essence of playful romance with a sprinkle of wedding trends for our annual photoshoot.

This year, our team was inspired by the vibrant energy of pink and red colour blocking, the whimsical charm of bows, and the romance of candlelit settings.

Firstly let’s talk about the dream team that made it all happen. Leading the day was the talented Peter Ostrowski, whose keen eye and creative flair brought our vision to life.  leaning into the photography trends, we mixed things up with a blend of flash and film photography. Flash brought the energy, while film added that timeless touch we all love. And who can resist a classic black and white shot?

Keeley from Eden Wedding Boutique provided the stunning dresses. From large statement-making bows on wedding dresses to delicate ribbon forms on stationery and table settings, bows continue to be huge which is why we chose the stunning MEGAN dress from Ellis Bridals for one of the dresses.

Enhancing the natural beauty of our models, Dale and Rosie Harrison, was makeup artist Leonie Canniffe and Leonie Goodwin from Beau Hair Penrith.

Last but not least Laura from Greenwheat Florists supplied the flowers. With colour trend forecasters Pantone predicting Peach Fuzz as a top colour for spring and summer 2024, we couldn’t resist incorporating this into our micro bouquet.

From cheeky glances to spontaneous bursts of laughter, Dale and Rosie brought a sense of joy and spontaneity to every shot against the backdrop of our gazebo…typically reserved for wedding ceremonies.

Inside the neutral décor and floor to ceiling curtains added warmth to the glow of candlelight, creating the most classic style of glamour and romance combined.

So, there you have it – a glimpse into our January 2024 wedding trends photoshoot.
